Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Beginners Welcome!
Join Julia Martin owner of The Flying Cat for a “flow to slow” class, we’ll spend half our time with breath and movement, warming the muscles and the joints and then rest in deep, slow stretches. Julia’s goals are always maintaining or increasing mobility and re-centering. All levels are welcome!
Session includes; 2nd, 3rd & 4th Wednesdays in October.
